This game was a lot of fun. But now, it crashes every time immediately after the load screen.

After first choosing my kind of hero, when it says to enter your name. The game immediately crashes, and does so every time I try to open the game. It still does so after deleting, and re installing twice. Also after turning off my ipad twice.

I absolutely adore this game and loved every minute of playing this game. The key word here is LOVED as in past-tense Gameloft! I recently had the urge to play some Dungeon Gems, so I tried to open the game and it just crashed immediately after the loading screen went away. Please hear our cries and fix the game! All of your fans adore this game and desperately want to see it working properly again like it was at launch. Thanks for reading Gameloft and get on those bugs already!

Crashes after asking your name, look interesting if I could only play it

I havent played in a long time but it started crashing once I open the app I cant even play the game

When i login them game. It just show start loading game screen and crashed. So bad x-(

As soon as I load the game it crashes and I cant play what I payed for in in app purchases!!!

Ive played this game for a while.. Seems like it was just forgotten. Used to be very entertaining, now there are so many bugs and when you submit the issues nothing gets resolved- just the standard automated reply. Too bad! Dont waste your time.

The app doesnt start, it doesnt even work at all.

This is a great game for someone who likes to play those "dungeon" games. My dad recommended to me since I am one of hose people. Anyway, I hope you like it too XD

This game is literally one of my favorite games ever. :) I love it! Id rate it 5 stars, but... I cant even play the game anymore. I cant enter ANY daily dungeons. It gets stuck on the loading screen. The normal dungeons like the level ones are fine, but the daily ones just dont work, I dont think the tower works either. Ive played this game for so many months and now it began to do this. I really hope you all get around to fixing the bugs, it really disappoints me because I can no longer play one of my favorite games anymore. : I even tried reinstalling the app; didnt work. The only way I can get into the other dungeons is if a friend requests for me to. Overall, amazing work on the game. I hope to see an update soon, I severely miss this game.

I had this game a while ago, got a new phone, and now it wont open. It just keeps crashing as it is opening. But I already know that it is a truly amazing game under there and it is recommended, just I cant play it rn..

I dont know what it is but whenever I choose a hero in the beginning it will pull me into a loading screen and will never finish plz fix!
